Active Directory Synchronization Partially failed:

Hi ,

I have Windows 2003 server with Project 2003 Server and Sharepoint Portal
Server installed on it. Now, I want to synchronize the Active Directory
that is sitting in the domain controller so all the users in organization
can use the Project 2003 with their domain username and password.

The problem is: I am trying to Synch Active Directory of the Domain
Controller but I get meessage that: The Active Directory group partially
failed to synchronize with the Enterprise Resource Pool. I tried to synch
in with different Active Directory Groups which are sitting on my active
directory of domain controller but I am getting the same error message.

Can anyone please help me with this??
