Custom WBS Codes

Is there a way to customize my WBS codes?
For example, I want all WBS #1 to show up as #100;
1.1 to show up as 100.1.
i.e.
1 ==> 100
1.1 ==> 100.1
1.2 ==> 100.2
1.2.1 ==> 100.2.1
2 ==> 200
2.1 ==> 200.1

How do I do this?
