Hello

Is Microsoft Project 2003 having capability of Bug Tracking, Employee
attendance? Or Microsoft or any third party these tool which can easily
integrate with MS Project 2003 prefreable web based platform?

MS Project is fundamentally a project work planning tool. It really doesn't
have any ability to track bugs or attendance. If you are using Project
Server you might be able to adapt its issues tracking tools for bug tracking
but aside from that, there really isn't anything I'm aware of.

(open source bug tracking system from Mozilla) and Microsoft Project.
